Refund policy

All sales are final
Due to the digital nature of our products (instant download), we do not offer refunds or exchanges once the purchase is completed. Unlike physical goods, digital files cannot be "returned" - once you have them, they are yours forever.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you gain immediate access to the content and thereby waive your right to the standard cooling-off period (withdrawal right) applicable to physical goods in some regions.

Exceptions (We are humans, not robots)
We understand that technology (and life) happens. We will issue a refund in the following specific cases:

• Duplicate Orders: If you accidentally purchased the same product twice (we know, it happens!).

• Technical Errors: If the file is corrupted or you are unable to download it despite our support team's help.
